Believe The Voice Of The Sign

At the first coming of The Lord Jesus Christ, John the Baptist was the VOICE, proclaiming the Message of the Messiah already in their midst: "...there standeth One among you whom ye know not" John 1:26. The Sign was that of the Spirit (like a Dove) descending over our Lord Jesus when He was being baptized; and John the Baptist proclaimed: "Behold the Lamb of God." John 1:32-36. Just think - the Messiah was in their midst for 30 years and they knew it not. Even after the "Forerunner" had come and identified Him, the religious leaders and most of the people refused to believe it.

The religious leaders were curious about this John, the Baptist and his rugged hard-hitting Message. With their perfect intellectual knowledge of the Scriptures they were not able to see a prophetic ministry in John. He had an unusual birth, unusual childhood, and now, here he comes out of the wilderness proclaiming an unusual Message, attempting to line the people up with the prophecy for that day. After discussing it among themselves they sent messengers to ask John to identify himself. John immediately quoted the Scriptures, saying, "I am the VOICE of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias" John 1:23. But to the religious leaders he remained a "wild man", in his raiment of camel's hair, a leathern girdle about his loins; and eating locusts and wild honey as his diet.

When John introduced Jesus to his generation then his ministry "decreased" and Jesus' ministry "increased". John knew and declared, "He must increase, but I must decrease" John 3:30. If you lived in the days of John, the Baptist would you have received him as a prophet and even as the "Forerunner" of the First Coming of Christ?

Jesus' ministry increased in favor with God and the "common" people. The Bible says that "the common people heard him gladly" Mark 12:37. He went forth with great signs and wonders - healing the sick, casting out demons and raising the dead. But he manifested the "Messiah Sign" of the Fullness of the WORD in FLESH, discerning the "thoughts" and "intents" of the heart - Hebrews 4:12. The Pharisees saw it and called Him a devil. The woman at the well saw it and called Him "The Messiah". What would we have called him?

Compare the forerunner, Messiah and Messiah Sign of that day with the forerunner, Messiah and Messiah Sign of this day, manifested in the ministry of a Kentucky hillbilly, named William Branham. The Voice of the Sign proclaiming "Behold the Bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet Him" Matthew 25:6. But only the wise virgins who had the "extra oil" of revelation were ready. The others, though virgins - holy and undefiled, were NOT ready for the Raptur- Coming of our Lord Jesus FOR His Bride. They would seal their testimony with their blood in the Great Tribulation.  

Remember, with every dispensational "VOICE" (Message) there is a "Sign" pointing to and/or drawing the attention of the people to the Voice - expounding God's prophecy, announcing the beginning, the end, or the change in a dispensation. There was the dispensation of Law announced by the prophet Moses and as the following Scriptures indicate God gave Moses two signs. A Message followed those signs pointing the children of Israel to the promised Land.

Thus it is written:

And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The LORD hath not appeared unto thee.

The Lord gives Moses "Two Signs".

And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod.

And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand:

That they may believe that the LORD God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath appeared unto thee.

And the LORD said furthermore unto him, Put now thine hand into thy bosom. And he put his hand into his bosom: and when he took it out, behold, his hand was leprous as snow.

And he said, Put thine hand into thy bosom again. And he put his hand into his bosom again; and plucked it out of his bosom, and, behold, it was turned again as his other flesh.

For deliverance the Children of Israel would have to "Believe the Voice (Message) of the Signs" which Moses had. Egypt (Pharaoh) refused to believe the VOICE of the SIGN and God judged Egypt. That generation of Israelites who came out of Egypt also refused to believe the VOICE of the SIGN and God destroyed them in the wilderness.

And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe thee, neither hearken to the voice of the first sign, that they will believe the voice of the latter sign

Refusal to believe the "Believe the Signs", and ignoring the Voice (Message) of the Sign has always led to Divine wrath and judgment.

And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe also these two signs, neither hearken unto thy voice, that thou shalt take of the water of the river, and pour it upon the dry land: and the water which thou takest out of the river shall become blood upon the dry land. Exodus 4:1-9



In the days of Noah the "Ark" was the "Sign" and Noah was the VOICE of the Message proclaiming God's Message to that Age.

 

God doesn't change  His pattern. He said, "I am the Lord, I change not" Malachi 3:6. Paul said, "Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, and today, and forever". Churches change, people change but the Lord in His Word remains the same.

He has always sent a MAN with a "Sign"; but the "sign" was meant to draw attention to the "Message".

Jesus warned us:

"And as it was in the days of Noah so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.

They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.

Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;

But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.

Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed."

The Signs spoken of in Scripture are all around us. The Forerunner promised in Malachi 4:5-6 has come and gone, leaving a Message wherein lays the Revelation of the Second Coming of Christ, the Resurrection of the Dead in Christ, and the "Catching Away" of the FEW, VERY FEW Living Saints who are READY.

Remember, There won't be many "living Saints" on the earth at the time of the Second Coming of Christ, the Rapture and the Resurrection of the Dead IN Christ. Most of those who will be a part of HIS Bride are already in that other dimension waiting for the FEW "Living Saints" to get ready. This is the hour wherein Christ said, "When the Son of Man cometh, shall He find Faith on the earth?" (Luke 18:8) The Faith referred to here is "a belief in the 'whole body' of revealed Truth". There'll be a lot of religion and churchanity, but VERY LITTLE Holy Ghost Faith. The people know more about the Church than they do about Christ and even less about His Word.

In and through the ministry of the "forerunner to the Gentiles" our "Lord, Himself descended from heaven with a shout", giving to the Bride of this Age the "whole Body" of revealed Truth, to give her Faith to walk of the earth without seeing death. (1st. Thess. 4:15-18.) But, as stated above there won't be many. "As a thief in the night He has came", (1st. Thess. 5:2-4), calling His Elect Bride, giving her His Word, causing her to "line up with all of it" to receive Rapturing faith. As the Logos Word of God was made flesh and Raptured (caught up) in the Bridegroom (Acts 1:9) even thus shall it be made flesh and Rapture (caught up) in the end time Bride. Praise the Lord! Are You Part of that Bride?

But, are we recognizing the SIGNS and the VOICE of the SIGNS? Are we lining up with the Word, getting closer to the Lord, building ourselves up in the most holy faith and becoming more conscious of eternity than of time. Like Jesus as He neared the end of His ministry "He knew that HIS hour was come to depart out of this world unto the Father" (John 13:1); even so the Bride  "knows that HER hour has come to depart out of this world unto her Bridegroom".

She has heard the shout of the forerunner and is awake and "trimming her lamps to go in to the Marriage Supper of the lamb". (Matthew 25:7)  Hallelujah!  Do you, like the WISE virgins, have that "extra oil" of the Revealed Word for this age with which to trim your lamp? Be wise in the WORD, not "fools and slow of heart to believe ALL that the prophets have spoken" Luke 24:25 - Thus did Jesus say to the Disciples on the road to Emmaus. Disciples who were pondering the First Coming of our Lord, but failed to understand that HIS rejection by the Church of that day and HIS Crucifixion was ALL fulfilling Bible Prophecy. Remember our Lord did come the First time and will return the Second time exactly according to the Scriptures - not according to the pre-conceived ideas and interpretations of man.

In His First Coming, the forerunner, John The Baptist, came with a "Message" which revealed the "Mystery" of His Coming. The Alpha Ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ - from His birth in a manager to His death on the Cross was a Mystery to the people. He showed the "Messiah Sign", discerning the thoughts and intents of the hearts of the people. Even Nicodemus, a sincere Pharisee, admitted "we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him." John 3:2. They acknowledged His miracles but could not recognize or come subject to His Message.

The dispensation was changing from law to Grace. In this Age the dispensation is changing from Grace to Judgment.  The Pharisees were so set in their church ways they were blind to Truth. In this Age of the Omega Ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ people are so set in their religious ways that they are "willfully blind" to the Truth - willingly ignorant - 2nd. Peter 3:5. The religious people of John the Baptist's days refused to allow their "hearts to be turned back" to the Truth from which they had drifted. The vast majority of the religious people of this Age have drifted from the Truth into church creeds, modernism and hypocrisy. They refuse to go on to higher heights and deeper depths in the Word to get Rapturing Faith.

John The Baptist's Message gave the Disciples the "Faith" or Revelation of the First Coming. The Faith or revelation of the Second Coming, resurrection and Rapture lays in the "back to the Word Message" of William Branham, the forerunner and messenger of the Second Coming. We must needs examine ourselves in the Light of  the forerunner's Bible - Word Vindicated (Proven) Message to see whether or not we are in the faith of the Second Coming - Secret "catching away" of the Living Saints.

Get away from man-made "Towers of Babel" denominational confusion and emotional charismatic religious organizations. The call to the Elect Bride is, "Come our of her (organized religion) my people and be ye not partakers of her sins (unbelief)" Rev. 18:4.



"My mission, I believe, to the earth is what? Is to forerun the coming Word which is Christ."  Wm. Branham - 62-0318.

"The hour is here, people.......I believe that this [ministry, it's message and sign] indicates the second coming of Jesus Christ .....Surely I would have some knowledge of what I'm speaking of, or God would never honor my prayer to do what He does. And you outside the kingdom, seek Christ as your refuge now, while it's time and while you have the opportunity."  Wm. Branham - Jan. 1950.

Like John the Baptist, William Branham identified his ministry in the Scriptures: Malachi 4:5-6; Luke 17:26-30; Revelation 10:7. His ministry, with the Messiah Sign and the Pillar of Fire vindication - the SAME Pillar of Fire that led the Children of Israel out of Egypt; the SAME Pillar of Fire that appeared, in the form of a Dove over Jesus at His Baptism; The same Pillar of Fire which struck Paul down on the Road to Damascus.

In this Ministry of the Second Coming of our Lord the Bride witnesses the restoration of all things, as was prophesied of the Second Forerunner in Matthew 17:11. Pointing to the Elijah ministry to "restore all things" Jesus said: "Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things". Then, in verse 12 He referenced the Elijah Ministry in John the Baptist, forerunning the First Coming. "But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed." They rejected him.  

The Elijah forerunning the Second Coming would restore back that which organized religion had taken out of the Word - making it of non-effect to the people by their denominational traditions. This end-time Elijah would also "take out" of the Word that which organized religion added to It. The Elect Seed of God have been taken back to the WORD from which the churches have drifted.

The Mystery of God is finished Revelation 10:1-7), signaling that the Resurrection of the Dead in Christ, the Rapture of the Living Saints is at hand; and "ushering in" the Great Tribulation, the "Day of Vengeance of our God" and the "1000 year Millennial Reign of Peace.  BELIEVE THE VOICE OF THE SIGN and prepare "LOOK UP" for your redemption draweth nigh.
